- We assist Developers, Investors & Consumers to understand policy, statutory and regulatory risks for open access & rooftop power supply to Consumers.
- Assist Developers/Investors on prudent transaction structuring including Group Captive/Deferred EPC/Tax Saving etc.
- Determine prudent solar tariffs which provide decent savings to consumers while fetching reasonable returns for Investors.
- Initiate & manage the entire transactions with Consumers on behalf of Investors.
- Assist in identifying suitable land parcels so as to reduce project development related risks.
- Manage entire value of open access throughout the tenure of PPA contracts.
- Work with Regulators, Discoms and other government authorities to develop conduce policy and regulatory framework for successful operations during the tenure of contract
